Travel to Kerung via Rasuwagadhi, enjoying scenic mountain roads (145 km, approx. 7 hours). Overnight stay at a guesthouse or home stay and acclimatize to higher altitude.

Hike to the sacred Milarepa Cave and explore the surroundings of Kerung. Spend the day acclimatizing to altitude and preparing for the Tibet journey.

Drive through the Tibetan plateau to Saga (230 km, approx. 6 hours). Marvel at stunning Himalayan landscapes and remote Tibetan villages along the way.

Continue the journey to the sacred Lake Mansarovar (400 km, approx. 9 hours). Enjoy the serene lake views and experience its spiritual ambiance.

Spend the morning at Lake Mansarovar, soaking in its tranquil beauty. Drive to Darchen and prepare for the Kailash Parikrama.
